Prepared Remarks

Personal Remarks Prep:

Focus on the challenges or work that consumed most of your attention over the past 12 months? How important is this work toward achieving your greater goals (and obviously why)?

What's holding you back (habits, people, capital, knowledge, JD Vance?)

What are you most excited about? What have you learned in the last 12 months that especially was a 180-degree about-face from a closely-held assumption?

Identify 1-2 people (or types of people) who would immediately accelerate you (whatever direction you want - personal or professional); have you identified this person or persona?

Bring this persona to the group and we'll hash out who knows whom to find this game-changing person.
